In order to track our packages, we offer free tracking number system worldwide in each package. The tracking information will be available after your purchase.
Approximate shipping times (do not include weekends and holidays):
- USA ~ 15 to 35 business days.
- Rest of the world ~ 25 to 60 business days.
Delayed delivery might occur in very rare instances, packages may take longer than the expected time-frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek for your understanding and patience if this occur. In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there are no tracking updates for more than 30 business days. This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons as chinese new year.
PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME
Please note that processing time (4 to 6 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 4-6 business days to be fully processed. Processing time allows us to verify, pack, and forward your order to logistics and send it to the post office.
After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch. We also will send you an email with the tracking number once everything is settled.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 4 hours as your order might have already been processed.
Any mistake made by the customer when giving it's shipping information such as wrong address, wrong email address, wrong name, city or country and therefore creating a shipping issue will be at the expense of the customer and the refund policy won't apply.
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and sufficient information for the item to be delivered dutifully.
CUSTOM / DUTY FEES
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
We do not have control over customs and we are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Any cost associated with customs has to be paid by the customer.
An order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
- Certain items may be on backorder
- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office
- Different designers and warehouse locations. We work from multiple warehouses on different continents to bring you the best selections at an affordable price. Such situation is the reason why some of the writing of our parcels can be written in a foreign language.
