Confirm your mailing address and please remember to include your phone no. so we can put it on the delivery advice, just in case you’re not home. This way, Mr. Postman will be able to contact you.

Please rest assured that this is a legitimate website. We are still pretty young, having started a few months ago, but we’re working hard to get ourselves better connected with the worldwide web. With regards to payment issues, we use Stripe the #1 trusted online payment system, and also Paypal.. All our transactions go through payment and we do not have access to any of your credit card information whatsoever.
3) HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING TO MY COUNTRY?
Shipping is Free worldwide, prices of items include shipping fees, there are no additional costs when you pay.
4) I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET, WHAT SHALL I DO?
Please just contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org. They will be more than happy to help with your order and the estimated delivery date.
5) DO I HAVE TO PAY SOME DUTIES OR TAXES?
We have some good news! Because we work with very well known suppliers, there is almost a zero chance that your order will have any additional fees added after you have paid for your item and it has been shipped. However, in the extremely rare chance that this may happen we are not responsible for any duties or taxes added to your order in the destination country, these are fully the responsibility of the buyer.
6) WHY DOES SHIPPING TAKE 2-4 WEEKS, CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?
Depending on your country, shipping may take any time from 2-4weeks. However, we prefer to give a range of 15-25 business days (business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) in case of unexpected delays. Please note that packages to South Africa, South America and Middle Eastern countries tend to take longer as well, about a month or a little longer than orders going to the US. All orders come with a tracking number and delivery confirmation. In order to keep prices low, this is the best option for now, but we promise it’s worth it!
That said, if you feel anxious at any time during the shipping process, feel free to email us and we’ll be glad to track the package for you and allay your concerns.
7) I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
For each order, items will usually be shipped within four-six working days. Usually, it takes less, but we just want to be safe. We highly recommend creating an account with us so you can keep track of your order's movements. Also, do note that sometimes during spikes or surges in order volume, processing times may be delayed by an additional 2-3 business days. To keep it simple, think of your order processing time as about 1 week, and you won't be disappointed.
8) I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER, HOW DO I TRACK IT?

With the tracking number provided when your item has been sent. If you’ve just been sent the number, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the postal system to reflect the status. Do understand that because it is our port of departure deals with consistently high volumes of traffic in terms of out-going packages, there may sometimes be a delay in your tracking number being updated in the system. However, please rest assured that once you are issued a tracking number, it means that our shipper has already collected the package and prepared it for shipping.
9) INCORRECT ADDRESSES AND PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER
Packages that are shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer during the order process are subject to an additional $30 USD shipping charge if the address has to be changed once the order ships. The delivery process will also be delayed in this case as the item will be redelivered back to us before being re-sent, depending on circumstances.
Orders ‘Returned to Sender’ by the carrier are subject to a $30 charge. This includes but is not limited to: orders in which the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer is not available for delivery, the customer fails to provide a P.O. Box or physical address, or the order is refused by the customer.
10) YOUR PRICES ARE IN USD, HOW DO I CONVERT TO MY LOCAL CURRENCY?
